Kry enters into an ESG-linked facility agreement with P Capital Partners

Kry has entered into an ESG-linked term loan facility agreement made available and arranged by P Capital Partners.

The facility agreement will help Kry boost access to care for millions of patients and provide more specialist care as they extend into areas like mental health and women’s health. A first drawdown under the ESG-linked facility has been made in conjunction with Kry’s recent EUR 160 million fundraise.

Kry helps you to consult a qualified health professional via your smartphone or tablet, with over 1300 doctors, nurses and psychologists available on Kry’s app. Since 2015, Kry has conducted over 7 million patient meetings across Europe. In addition to Sweden, Kry is also established in Norway, UK, France and Germany.

Kry was advised by Mannheimer Swartling.
