KPMG in Latvia and Lithuania join KPMG Sweden

KPMG in Latvia and Lithuania have become part of KPMG Sweden. The merger is part of KPMG’s international strategy for closer collaboration and partnership. KPMG in Latvia and Lithuania employ approximately 370 people in total who will now be closer to the operations in Sweden.

Mannheimer Swartling and Sorainen (in respect of Latvian and Lithuanian law aspects) advised KPMG Sweden on the transaction.
