Instabox secures SEK 400 million financing
The Swedish technology and logistics company Instabox has secured financing in an amount of SEK 400 million, through a combination of an equity financing led by Creades and a debt facility provided by Cordet.
The transaction values Instabox to approximately SEK 1.1 billion, and the financing proceeds will primarily be used for further expansion and growth, both domestically and internationally.
Instabox was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
