Instabox completes financing round

The Swedish technology and logistics company Instabox has closed a USD 190 million investment round led by Verdane. Existing owners, including Creades, EQT Ventures, Tham Special Investment AB, Nineyards, Tacito, and M2 Asset Management, and a number of new investors also participated in the round.

The transaction values Instabox to approximately USD 1 billion making Instabox the latest contribution to Swedish unicorn status companies. Instabox will use the financing proceeds to continue investing in sustainable solutions, optimise its best-in-class technology, and increase its European footprint.

Instabox was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
