iCon Infrastructure divests Gasnätet Stockholm AB and Stockholm Gas AB

iCON Infrastructure has divested Gasnätet Stockholm AB and Stockholm Gas AB to a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc.

Gasnätet Stockholm AB is the owner of the gas distribution network in the Stockholm area, and Stockholm Gas AB engages in gas trading.

iCON Infrastructure was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
