ICA Real Estate and Bonnier Fastigheter form Trecore Fastigheter

ICA Real Estate and Bonnier Fastigheter are forming a new, jointly owned property company, Trecore Fastigheter. The aim of the company is to acquire and own ICA stores at strategic locations, with ICA as the main tenant.

ICA Real Estate is part of ICA Gruppen and is one of the largest commercial real estate companies focusing on retail properties in the Nordic region. ICA has around 1,300 stores in Sweden and a market share of around 36 per cent. Trecore Fastigheter initially acquires 44 store properties from ICA Real Estate. The properties comprise more than 150,000 square metres, with a combined value of around SEK 5 billion.
