Granitor divests Enter Ställningar
Granitor has agreed to sell Enter Ställningar to the installation group Instalco.
Enter offers all kinds of services in terms of scaffolding for industry and the construction sector in the southwest of Sweden. The company had a turnover of approximately 340 million in the most recent financial year and has approximately 120 employees.
The transaction is subject to customary competition approval.
Granitor was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
