GDL Transport Holding AB divests GDL Sjöcontainer AB
GDL Transport Holding AB, part of Danish DSV Miljø Group A/S, divests its majority owned subsidiary GDL Sjöcontainer AB to Danish Daniaco Holding ApS.
GDL Sjöcontainer AB, with a vehicle fleet consisting of 650 chassis and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 600 million, is the largest provider of sea containers in Sweden. The company conducts business, consisting of transport and storage of sea containers, throughout Sweden. With the divestment, DSV Miljø Group A/S will continue to focus on developing the business of its other subsidiaries.
