Epidemic Sound completes SEK 4.6 billion financing round
The market leading platform for restriction-free music, Epidemic Sound, has completed a SEK 4.6 billion financing round at a SEK 11.9 billion company valuation.
The financing round was led by EQT Growth and Blackstone Growth and the investment proceeds will be used primarily to support further growth in existing markets and expansion into new markets.
Mannheimer Swartling advised the founders in the transaction.
