EnviroChemie GmbH acquires Processing Gruppen AB

German industrial water technology provider EnviroChemie GmbH has acquired Processing Gruppen AB and its subsidiaries, the leading Nordic provider of water treatment solutions for the pool and spa sector as well as the industrial sector. The group had a turnover of approximately SEK 371 million in 2017. EnviroChemie, which is part of SKion GmbH’s water portfolio, supplies advanced water and wastewater treatment plants and services for clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.

EnviroChemie GmbH was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction together with the Norwegian law firm Thommessen.
