DNB Scandinavian Property Fund acquires the “ice hotel” in Stockholm
DNB Scandinavian Property Fund has acquired the hotel property Pennfäktaren 10 in central Stockholm from DNB Liv.
Pennfäktaren 10 contains 14,200 square meters of premises and is fully let to the Nordic Choice Hotels group. Hotel C is located in the property, which consists of 367 rooms as well as a restaurant, bar, conference rooms and the unique ice bar.
DNB Scandinavian Property Fund, which is an open-ended fund, contains 13 properties with a total value of approximately SEK 10.5 billion.
