Customs Support Group acquires TullXperten

TullXperten is an independent customs broker, established in 2005 and based in Gothenburg, that assists clients with a broad range of customs-related services in Sweden and Norway.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Customs Support Group is an independent, digital and neutral provider of customs services employing over 1,000 dedicated customs professionals serving over 12,000 customers annually.

Mannheimer Swartling assisted the shareholders in TullXperten in connection with the transaction.
