CapMan divests Maintpartner’s operations in Finland, Estonia and Poland

The Finnish investment company CapMan divests Maintpartner’s operations in Finland, Estonia and Poland to the maintenance and facility management company Caverion. Maintpartner is one of the leading industrial operation and maintenance companies in Northern Europe operating in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Poland. The transaction does not include Maintpartner’s operations in Sweden, which will be separated before closing of the transaction. The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authority.

Mannheimer Swartling has acted as CapMan’s Swedish advisor in the transaction, together with the Finnish law firm Avance Attorneys.
