Bolt Financial acquires Tipser

Bolt Financial has acquired Tipser, the Swedish-based tech company which enables digital commerce on any digital surface.

Tipser’s embedded commerce technology allows consumers to purchase products natively on any surface – whether that be an online publication, price comparison site, social media platform, or search engine. Bolt, a checkout and shopper network company, comprises of complementary business offerings. The transaction is driven by the ambition to realize Tipser’s and Bolt’s shared vision of enabling shoppers to check out immediately at the point of discovery and as such, give consumers access to a safer, faster, and more convenient way of shopping online.
