Barings acquires logistic properties from PostNord
Barings has entered into an agreement with PostNord in a sale and leaseback transaction concerning acquisition of a portfolio of logistic properties in Norrköping.
The properties total approximately 122,000 square meters and the underlying property value amounts to SEK 960 million. The asset management company Barings becomes the new owner from 1 July 2020 through Barings European Core Property Fund (BECPF).
Barings was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
