Ambia Trading Group AB acquires Teknikmagasinet Sweden AB
Ambia Trading Group AB has acquired the majority of the business conducted by Teknikmagasinet Sweden AB, which entered into bankruptcy on 15 January 2020. The acquisition comprises stock and inventory, the shares in the wholly-owned Norwegian subsidiary with 35 stores, and a right to renegotiate lease arrangements with approx. 50 stores in Sweden.
Mannheimer Swartling assisted Ambia Trading Group AB in the acquisition.
