Accent closes its 2017 fund at target of SEK 3 billion

Mannheimer Swartling has advised Accent Equity in connection with the formation and the subsequent closing of Accent Equity 2017 at its target of SEK 3 billion.

Accent Equity 2017 is based on Jersey and will be advised by its Swedish advisor, Accent Equity Partners AB, exclusive investment advisor to the Accent Equity funds. The investment strategy of the fund remains generally the same as for the previous Accent Equity funds, with focus on the lower mid-market transactions in the Nordic region.
