Wiktor Brandell is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance practice group and a member of the firm’s Energy sector group. Wiktor has previously worked in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.
Wiktor has a broad practice covering acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate loans, sustainable finance, asset financing and project finance. Wiktor advises lenders, borrowers, arrangers, coordinators and other relevant stakeholders domestically as well on cross-border transactions and other matters.
