Daniel Oren is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance practice group. Daniel previously worked in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group.
Daniel regularly advises clients on finance law, with a focus on financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate loans, real estate finance and distressed debt. Daniel Oren represents both domestic and international parties, including banks and other lenders, borrowers, financial sponsors and private equity funds. Daniel also advises clients on financial regulatory matters, such as banking regulations and operational and supervisory issues for banks and other financial institutions, and acts as counsel before the administrative courts in financial regulatory matters.
