Mannheimer Swartling advises lenders in connection with the reorganisation and sale of Cloud Snurran AB
Mannheimer Swartling has advised the lenders throughout the financing and reorganisation of Cloud Snurran AB and the subsequent sale of the company to AIP Management.
Cloud Snurran AB owns the Överturingen wind farm in central Sweden, an operational onshore wind farm with an installed capacity of 241 MW in electricity price area SE2. The wind farm commenced commercial operations in December 2020.
