Bank syndicate provides sustainability-linked financing to Scandi Standard

On 14 August 2026, Scandi Standard AB (publ) entered into a sustainability-linked credit facility agreement in the aggregate amount of a EUR 450 million (with an accordion option for an additional EUR 150 million).

The new financing is provided by ABN Amro, Bank of Ireland, DNB and Rabobank and comprises a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility that replace the company’s existing credit facilities originally entered into on 18 September 2024. The new facilities have a term of 5 years each.

Scandi Standard is a leading producer and provider of chicken-based food products to the food industry sectors in the Nordic region and Ireland under the brands Kronfågel, Danpo, Den Stolte Hane, Manor Farm and Naapurin Maalaiskana. Scandi Standard’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The bank syndicate was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted mainly of Gustav Glimblad, Alfred Petersson, Johanna Antonsson and Kim Lundberg Olsson.
