Attendo enters into credit facilities agreements in the aggregate amount of EUR 100 million and SEK 4.45 billion
Attendo has entered into new credit facilities agreements in the aggregate amount of EUR 100 million and SEK 4.45 billion with four Nordic banks.
The purpose of the facilities is to, among other things, refinance certain outstanding loans under Attendo’s existing facilities agreement entered into in 2023.
The facilities are linked to certain of Attendo’s sustainability performance targets, meaning that the interest rate on the facilities will be adjusted up or down based on two sustainability criteria relating to customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, in relation to which Attendo must have achieved predefined improvements.
The Attendo group is one of the leading private care providers in the Nordics, with operations in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. With a vision of empowering the individual, Attendo provides services within care for older people, care for people with disabilities and care for individuals and families, and is a leader in quality development and new methods in its sector.
Attendo was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Daniel Khayyami, Rasmus Ringström and Markus Forkman.
