Timex Group takes full ownership of Daniel Wellington

Timex Group has completed its acquisition of Daniel Wellington and now takes full ownership of the Swedish watch and jewelry brand. The milestone follows Timex Group’s initial investment three years ago and subsequent acquisition of a majority stake last year.

Timex Group is one of the largest watch makers in the world and has over 3,000 employees worldwide.

Timex Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling. The firm’s team mainly consisted of Maria Holme, Oscar Wisenius, Susanne Fagerman, Ella Schelin, Max Karlsson and Veronica Szabat.
