EQT divests its remaining shareholding in Enity Holding AB (publ)

Mannheimer Swartling has advised EQT VII in connection with its divestment of shares in Enity Holding AB (publ) (“Enity”).

EQT VII has divested 11,818,670 shares in Enity at a price of SEK 65 per share. The divestment was made by means of an accelerated book-building procedure addressed to institutional investors. Through the transaction, EQT VII has sold its entire shareholding in Enity.

Enity is a specialist mortgage provider operating in the Nordic region, offering mortgage solutions for customers across Sweden, Norway and Finland. Enity’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since June 2025.

EQT VII was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Thomas D. Pettersson, Emil Boström, Josefine Rex, Isak Nodbrink and Simon Hallin.
