Duni acquires Solserv Solutions & Services Europé AB

Duni Group, a market leader in environmentally sound and functional products for table setting and take-away, has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Solserv Solutions & Services Europé AB (Solserv). Completion of the transaction is expected to take place on 1 April 2026.

Solserv offers a complete range of rapid composting machines and specialises in the sale of larger packaging machines for industrial customers. The company also provides aftermarket services and consumables.

Duni was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in connection with the transaction. The firm’s team primarily consisted of Mikaela Wedbäck Pizevska, Jens Meynert, Ludvig Forfang Righard, Lucas Leger Jonsson, Alice Johansson, Gustav Nordström, Max Karlsson, Ella Eriksson, Adina Lamborn, William Nordstrand Larsson, Alma Jakobsson Kindgren, Aram Shokor, Jonathan Hörnblad, Klara Sköld, Ella Schelin, Lina Bergström och Christopher Stenberg.
