CapMan Real Estate divests public sector property in Solna to Vacse
CapMan Nordic Real Estate III FCP-RAIF has entered into an agreement to sell the development property Sadelplatsen 1 in Solna to real estate company Vacse.
The property, comprising approximately 6,700 square metres of lettable area, was acquired by CapMan Real Estate in December 2020 and has since been transformed into a public sector asset through a long-term lease with a judicial authority. The building will now undergo refurbishment and be adapted for public sector use, with the authority occupying the entire property.
The transaction represents the fund’s third exit and aligns with its strategy of active asset management and value creation. Closing is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2026.
Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal adviser to the seller. The firm’s team consisted of Tomas Johansson, Sebastian Kinnunen and Lisa Tyche.
