Swedavia issues capital securities in the amount of SEK 3 billion
Swedavia AB (publ) (“Swedavia”) has successfully issued capital securities in a total amount of SEK 3 billion.
Swedavia intends to apply for admission to trading of the capital securities on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the issuance of the capital securities, Swedavia also completed a tender offer to holders of certain outstanding capital securities which resulted in capital securities in an aggregate amount of approximately SEK 2,35 billion being tendered by Swedavia.
Swedavia owns, operates and develops a network of 10 airports across Sweden and is a world leader in developing airports with the least possible environmental impact. The Group had sales of approximately SEK 6,4 billion in 2024 and has approximately 2,750 employees. Swedavia is owned by the Swedish state.
