The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund divests shares in Asker Healthcare

Mannheimer Swartling has advised the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund (Sjätte AP-fonden) in connection with divestment of shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB

The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund has divested approximately 38 million shares in Asker Healthcare at a price of SEK 81 per share. The divestment was made by means of an accelerated book-building procedure addressed to institutional investors. The divested shares represent approximately 9.9 per cent of the shares and votes in Asker Healthcare.

Asker Healthcare Group AB’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Victor Karlsson, Isabel Frick and Christoffer Dahl.
