Bruks Siwertell has entered into a new facility agreement

Bruks Siwertell Group AB (”Bruks Siwertell”) has entered into a new facility agreement with a Nordic bank.

The new facility agreement replaces Bruks Siwertell’s existing facility agreement and strengthens its financial stability and continued growth.

Bruks Siwertell designs, manufactures and supplies technical systems for handling dry bulk materials and processing wood, for example for loading, unloading, transport, storage, chipping, screening and milling, with installations worldwide for industries such as ports, biofuel, sawmills, pulp and paper manufacturing.

Bruks Siwertell was advised by Mannheimer Swartling. The firm’s team consisted of Johan Ljungberg, Emil Görrel, Christian Andersson and Annelie Burström.
