Martin Johansson appointed expert in the Swedish government inquiry into new nuclear power

We are proud to announce that Martin Johansson, Counsel in the firm’s Environmental law practice group, has been appointed as an expert in the government inquiry “New nuclear power in Sweden – a second step”. The inquiry will examine how the permitting processes for nuclear power can be made shorter and clearer, and whether a fast-track environmental permitting process for nuclear power can and should be introduced.

Martin has many years of experience advising clients in the industrial and energy sectors. One of his areas of focus is permitting and supervisory matters under the Swedish Environmental Code in relation to nuclear operations in Sweden.
