Kevin Ewerlöf is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group, specializing in corporate law and capital markets law. He advises parties on Swedish and cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, capital raisings and public takeover offers. Kevin also advises on corporate governance, disclosure and incentive programs, and has experience acting as secretary to the board of directors and the nomination committee.
