Mannheimer Swartling top choice by Swedish law students
Mannheimer Swartling has once again been named Sweden’s most attractive law firm by the country’s law students. This marks the 23rd consecutive year that the firm has been ranked “best in the industry” in Universum’s annual student survey, FöretagsBarometern.
In addition to securing the top spot among law firms, Mannheimer Swartling has also been named the most attractive employer across the entire legal sector – for the sixth time in total.
“It is both an honour and a joy that students continue to place their trust in us year after year. It’s a clear sign that our long-term focus on culture, leadership and development is appreciated,” says Jan Dernestam, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling.
“For us, it’s essential to be a workplace where people thrive, grow and feel engaged. We believe in the power of combining excellence with enjoyment at work – and that the very best results are achieved together.”
FöretagsBarometern is conducted by Universum and is one of Sweden’s largest student surveys on career aspirations and preferred employers. This year’s edition included around 25,000 students from universities and colleges across the country.
