New Case Law – Preventing safety representatives from participating

Question about whether a company in violation of the Work Environment Act has prevented the safety representatives from participating in the planning of the sale of a major business unit and the subsequent reorganisation and curtailment. Also, question regarding whether the safety representatives were prevented by being involved at a late stage in the risk assessment that was carried out prior to the reorganisation and curtailment.
