Your.Online acquires NordLEI

Mannheimer Swartling has advised the founders in connection with the divestment of Nordic Legal Entity Identifier AB (NordLEI) to Your.Online.

NordLEI was founded in 2014 and is the Scandinavian market leader in LEI issuance (Legal Entity Identifier) as well as the first accredited Scandinavian LEI issuer.

The firm’s team consisted primarily of Maria Holme, Ali Gjerqek and Max W. Karlsson.
