Trill invests in DIB Services
The investment companies Trill Invest AB and Trill Capital AB have agreed to subscribe for shares in DIB Services AB.
DIB is a Swedish business travel company, with a mission to digitalize travel using tech innovation.
Trill Invest AB and Trill Capital AB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction, which signed and closed on 24 October 2022.
