Specialfastigheter divests security properties for SEK 1,390 million to Intea

Specialfastigheter has signed an agreement to divest several properties comprising prisons and institutional care to Intea.

The properties, with a total lettable area of approximately 79,000 sqm, are located in southern and central Sweden and include the prisons Svartsjö-Färingsö, Mariefred, Asptuna, Beateberg, Fosie and Tygelsjö, as well as Rällsögården, Ryds Brunn, Älvgården and Hessleby which are rented by the Swedish National Board of Institutional Care. The purchase price in the transaction is based on an underlaying property value of MSEK 1,390.

Closing is scheduled for 1 October 2025. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
