SEB Private Equity has divested Norcospectra
On 6 April 2022, SEB Private Equity together with a number of minority shareholders divested of Norco Spectra Invest AB to Accent Equity.
Norcospectra is a specialist within tailor made interior solutions for commercial spaces with market leading presence in Norway, Poland and Sweden.
Key management co-invested and will following the transaction continue to develop the company in cooperation with its new majority shareholder.
SEB Private Equity was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
