Saab signs lease with Castellum

Saab is expanding its operations in the Gothenburg region and has signed a new lease agreement with Castellum.

The lease agreement covers premises in Mölnlycke with capacity for approximately 500 workplaces. The lease includes a multifunctional facility with space for offices, development, and light industrial production. A tenant fit-out of the premises will take place and move-in is planned for June 1, 2026.

Saab was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the lease negotiations.
