Rikshem sells residential properties in Nyköping
Rikshem has completed the sale of its entire residential property portfolio in Nyköping to Insig AB.
The divestment includes four properties, comprising a total of 200 apartments situated in the central areas of the municipality.
Mannheimer Swartling has acted as legal counsel for Rikshem in the transaction.
