PO Söderberg & Partner AB acquires Insurello AB

PO Söderberg & Partner AB has acquired Insurello AB, an InsurTech company that helps consumers claim insurance compensation.

Insurello offers a digital platform that automates and simplifies the process for consumers to identify and claim insurance compensation. To date, Insurello has secured more than SEK 1 billion in compensation for its customers in claims and accident cases.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Mannheimer Swartling advised PO Söderberg & Partner AB in the transaction. The firm’s team primarily consisted of Fredrik Oling Andretzky, Ali Gjerqek, Oscar Jisland, Lovisa Jönsson, Jockum Hildén, Sofia Österberg, Katarzyna Lewandowska, Max Karlsson and Veronica Szabat.
