Nordic Capital and Sampo divest shares in NOBA Bank

Cidron Xingu SARL and Cidron Humber SARL, entities controlled by funds advised by Nordic Capital, and Sampo Plc have divested 50,000,000 shares in NOBA Bank Group AB for a total amount of proceeds of SEK 5 billion.

The divestment was made by means of an accelerated book-building procedure.

Nordic Capital and Sampo were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Emil Boström, Victor Karlsson, Oscar Gerdhem, Cecilia Björkwall, Johanna Vang and Oliver Friberg.
