Länsförsäkringar Bank AB (publ) issues additional tier 1 notes amounting to SEK 1.5 billion

Länsförsäkringar Bank AB (publ) (“Länsförsäkringar Bank”) has successfully issued additional tier 1 notes amounting to SEK 1.5 billion.

The notes are perpetual, carry a floating interest rate and have been admitted to trading on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Länsförsäkringar Bank is one of the largest banks in Sweden. Its strategy is based on the Länsförsäkringar Alliance’s large customer base, strong brand and local presence through the customer-owned regional insurance companies.

Länsförsäkringar was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Gustav Glimblad, Emelie Skoogh Sjölund and Simon Hallin.
