Impilo closes its second fund at the hard cap of EUR 700 million
Mannheimer Swartling has acted as lead legal counsel for Impilo in connection with the establishment of its second fund Impilo Healthcare. The fund closed at the hard cap of EUR 700 million and was raised in just seven months following its formal launch.
The capital was raised from a diverse range of global institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, family offices, entrepreneurs and fund of funds across Europe, North America and Asia.
Impilo is a Nordic investment company focused solely on investments in lower-mid market Nordic healthcare companies across the pharmaceuticals, MedTech, specialist pharma services and other healthcare and related services industries.
