Hitachi Energy signs lease agreement for new facility in Ludvika

Hitachi Energy consolidates its logistics operations in Ludvika and signs new lease agreement with Torngrund Group for top modern facility.

The Ludvika lease concerns a new, state-of-the-art logistics centre covering just over 100,000 square metres. Hitachi Energy indends to use the new premises to consolidate its logistics in Ludvika and handle increased volumes and complexity. The new lease is part of Hitachi Energy’s expansion in Sweden and globally, and the facility is expected to be completed in early 2027.

Hitachi Energy was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the lease negotiations. The firm’s team consisted of Klas Wennström and Moa Weglin.
