Granitor sells Nordic Mechanical Solutions to Bilfinger

Granitor has signed an agreement with Bilfinger for the sale of Nordic Mechanical Solutions AB, which has more than 170 employees and operates in Sweden and Norway. Nordic Mechanical Solutions offers contracting and maintenance services, focusing on mechanical installations, piping and steel projects.

The sale is expected to close in the second half of 2025.

Granitor was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Mattias Karlsson, Ali Gjerqek, Julia Christiansen, Max Karlsson and Alva Wester.
