EQT VII divests part of its shareholding in Enity Holding AB (publ)
Mannheimer Swartling has advised EQT VII in connection with divestment of shares in Enity Holding AB (publ) (“Enity”).
EQT VII has divested 8 million shares in Enity at a price of SEK 83 per share. The divestment was made by means of an accelerated book-building procedure addressed to institutional investors. The divested shares represent approximately 16 per cent of the shares and votes in Enity.
Enity is a specialist mortgage provider operating in the Nordic region, offering mortgage solutions for customers across Sweden, Norway and Finland. Entity’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
