Eolus divests three Swedish onshore wind parks
Eolus has divested three Swedish onshore wind parks – Fågelås, Dållebo, and Boarp – with a combined capacity of 88 MW to Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers.
All three wind parks are located in the SE3 price area in Sweden. In addition to the sale, Eolus and Mirova have entered into a 15-year asset management agreement and will continue their collaboration by jointly developing battery energy storage systems at each project site.
