DNB completes demerger of DNB Finans
DNB Bank ASA has completed a demerger of the DNB Finans business area, which will now operate its business in a separate, wholly-owned subsidiary within the DNB Group.
DNB Finans is today a leading Nordic player in leasing, loans and financing solutions for cars and other assets for consumers and businesses. DNB Finans’ products, services and customer service remain unchanged – under a new corporate structure.
Mannheimer Swartling has acted as legal adviser to DNB on Swedish law in connection with the restructuring. The firm’s team consisted primarily of Therese Lund Kirkhoff and Daniel Oren.
