Clas Ohlson agrees to enter into a strategic collaboration and to invest in MatHem

Clas Ohlson AB (publ) has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with MatHem i Sverige AB, Sweden’s largest online grocery shop and a leading actor in e-commerce. The strategic collaboration entails, inter alia, that Clas Ohlson’s customers will be able to order a big part of Clas Ohlson’s range via MatHem.se and have the goods delivered to the door. At the same time, Clas Ohlson has agreed to acquire newly issued shares corresponding to 10 per cent of all shares in MatHem i Sverige AB. The investment amounts to 221 MSEK.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place on 22 December 2017.
