Another Snus Factory to be sold to KT&G

The founders of Another Snus Factory (ASF) have entered into a share sale purchase agreement regarding the sale of the business to the global tobacco company KT&G.

ASF was founded in 2019 and is a Swedish manufacturer of tobacco-free nicotine pouches. ASF produces and sells nicotine pouches under the LOOP and Lynx brands.

The founders were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team primarily consisted of Henrik Dock, Albert Roos, Mikaela Wedbäck Pizevska, Oscar Jisland, Max W. Karlsson, Niklas Sjöblom, Saleh Ashkar, My Karlsson, Lucas Leger Jonsson and Anna Karlsson.
